As a mindfulness meditation practitioner for over 14 years, I practiced techniques across a plethora of organizations dedicated to the craft. I have extensively studied and inculcated the teachings of experts like the esteemed yogi, Paramahansa Yogananda, founder of the Self-Realization Fellowship, and Professor Jon Kabat-Zinn, founder of the Stress Reduction Clinic at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.

I was inspired to launch Mindful in 5 in response to a growing trend of anxiety, loneliness, and disillusionment that many accomplished professionals experience in the workplace - even at what should be the apex of their careers.
